1. About This App

EvalTool ("the App") is a player evaluation tool built for use by State College Little League ("the League") during tryouts and player assessments. The App is developed and maintained by Steve Wilk through Diamond Cardboard, LLC ("we", "us", "our").

2. Who Can Use This App

The App is intended for use by authorized league administrators, coaches, and evaluators who are 18 years of age or older. Accounts require approval by a league administrator before access is granted. Players (children) do not interact with the App directly.

3. Acceptable Use

By using the App, you agree to:

Use the App only for its intended purpose of player evaluation for the League.
Keep your login credentials secure and not share your account.
Not attempt to access data or features beyond your assigned role.
Not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

4. Player Data

Player information (names, evaluation scores, division assignments) is imported from the League's registration software and used solely for the purpose of tryout evaluations and team configuration. This data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose outside of League operations.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep the App running smoothly, but we make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted access. The App is a volunteer-built tool for community use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diamond Cardboard, LLC and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the App (which is $0 — it's free).

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
