1. About This Platform

LeagueTool ("the Platform") is a suite of youth sports league management tools including EvalTool, ClearanceHub, TeamTool, CoachTool, TournamentTool, and SignUpTool. The Platform is developed and maintained by Steve Wilk through Diamond Cardboard, LLC ("we", "us", "our").

2. Who Can Use This Platform

The Platform is intended for use by authorized league administrators, coaches, and evaluators who are 18 years of age or older. Accounts require approval by a league administrator before access is granted. Players (children) do not interact with the Platform directly.

3. Acceptable Use

By using the Platform, you agree to:

Use the Platform only for its intended purpose of youth sports league management.
Keep your login credentials secure and not share your account.
Not attempt to access data or features beyond your assigned role.
Not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Platform.

4. Player Data

Player information (names, evaluation scores, division assignments) is imported from the league's registration software and used solely for the purpose of league operations including tryout evaluations, team configuration, and player management. This data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose outside of league operations.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep the Platform running smoothly, but we make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted access.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diamond Cardboard, LLC and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the Platform (which is $0 — it's free).

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
